To disguise the Silver Legacy’s problem of an undeveloped future retail area on their mezzanine level the length of a city block, we designed this hybrid Victorian parkscape of costumed strollers, carriages, gazebos, statues and a playground and a Western townscape of bustling street life, vendors, horses and wagons. We also painted Victorian restaurant scenes a la Charles Dana Gibson for their “Sweetwater Café”.
